The project focused on the conservation of two gothic arches, ruins of the 17th century Dukesfield smelt mill in Hexhamshire.
To celebrate all their hard work heritage we brewed a beer, Ore’some Ale, which is be available in pubs along the lead route, currently including the Rose and Crown in Slaley and The Dipton Mill Inn.
